At Tann-ed, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenario it is possible to exchange the product:

Shipping Damage: Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else tann-ed will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

Manufacturing Fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at tann-ed, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.

Returning items by post or courier.

 In case you wish to cancel an order, you can let us know within 24 hours of placing an order, and if not shipped it can be processed. Any cancellations post 24 hours will not be entertained.
